Refund policy

At Little World of 3D Creations, we want you to love your purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, our 14-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it (unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at littleworldof3d@gmail.com. Please note:

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

We’ll evaluate the issue promptly to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Sale items or gift cards.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement after your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received (unused, with tags, and in its original packaging) and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
